4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and may change with notice.

5. Trial & Refund Window

Every purchase includes a 24-hour trial. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, for any reason. Because our software is fully developed and delivered at the time of payment, refunds after the 24-hour window are not available. Full details are provided in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software and materials provided by Xieniang are our property or our licensors' property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months preceding a claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

您承诺不滥用服务、不试图越权访问、不引入恶意代码，不以违反适用法律的方式使用服务。

七、知识产权

Xieniang 提供的一切内容、软件与素材均归我们或我们的授权方所有，并受知识产权法律保护。

八、终止

您可以随时取消订阅。对于违反本条款的账号，我们可能予以暂停或终止。

九、责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们的累计赔偿责任不超过索赔发生前三个月内您实际支付的金额。

十、适用法律

本条款受我们公司注册所在地法律管辖，不适用冲突法原则。
