Because our software is developed and delivered once your order is placed, this policy explains exactly when refunds are available. We operate as a software development studio providing computer software development, system integration and data processing services.

1. Software Delivery

Your software is prepared and delivered to you immediately upon confirmation of payment. Once delivered, the software becomes yours to use.

2. 24-Hour Refund Window (Trial)

Every order includes a 24-hour trial. You may request a full refund at any time within 24 hours of the confirmed payment, for any reason.

3. No Refunds After 24 Hours

Because the software is fully developed and delivered at the time of payment, refunds after the 24-hour window are not available.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 24-hour window, email 202653478@qq.com with your account email and order details before the window expires. Eligible requests are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refund requests received after the 24-hour window, or for software already delivered and put into use, are not eligible for refund.

6. Payment Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before filing any dispute or chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

由于软件在付款时已开发并交付完毕，超过 24 小时窗口期后将不再提供退款。

四、如何申请退款

如需在 24 小时窗口期申请退款，请在窗口期内将您的账号邮箱与订单信息发送至 202653478@qq.com。符合条件的申请将在 5–10 个工作日内处理。

五、不可退款的情形

超过 24 小时窗口期收到的退款申请，或软件已开发交付并实际使用的，均不予以退款。
